NTT Data’s CX department functions as a creative consultancy. One of the clients I worked greatly on was CitiBank designing within their design system to create modern designs for financial services. I also designed the mockups for Everlake’s life insurance portal.

I was laid off in November 2020 and have been working on a web portal project for Focus Earth ever since. I am the lead designer working through user flows and high-fidelity mockups. This will last until I have full-time employment.
